Here at Fernald’s, we locally source ingredients whenever possible. We feature local products from Hootenanny Bread, Morse’s Sauerkraut, Hootin’ Gluten Free Bakery, Misty Brook Farm, Morning Dew Farm, Fuzzy Udder Creamery, Bowden’s Egg Farm, Luna Moth Herbs, Rock City Coffee, Green Bee Soda, Fox Farm Chips, Virgo Moon Cosmic Candy, Smithereen Farm, Barred Owl Creamery, Yost Farms, Maine Gravy, and Mother’s Mountain. Our breakfast menu is made up of entirely New England ingredients down to the butter and the sunflower oil. Our goal is to work towards making our menu as local as possible. We always strive to support local, independent, sustainable agriculture. Keep your eye out for our new 100% Maine Made sandwiches coming this summer!
